Stripe Payments or PayPal payments are accepted. Payments are secure for internet purchasing for both buyer and seller. Payment is appreciated at time of sale.
I accept ll debit and credit cards. I do not accept checks. Please contact me if you have a Gift Certificate.
If you do not want to use these form of payment you ay contact me for a personal invoice.
Returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
My products are guaranteed with a cheerful, 100% money back guarantee (minus return shipping costs and processing fees) if not completely satisfied with your purchase. Item must be returned intact in it's original packaging within seven days of receipt.
I do not accept returns or exchanges for custom orders, commissions or sale items or original paintings.

Shipping
A notice with tracking info will be sent as soon as your order is shipped.
Your item will be carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. I try to ship all items ship within 24-48 hours of confirmed payment and no more than 5 - 7 working days weather permitting.
USPS Priority or First Class Mail depending on the item. This applies to international sales as well. Insurance is included in shipping charges of items of $50. Signatures are required for insured purchases.
If you do not want a signature confirming your item will not be insured or replaced if lost, damaged or stolen.
I do ship to apartments but if you do not request a signature card $3.50 and the package is missing I will not replace it. Many times packages are left outside bank mailboxes if they do not fit in the box and they are stolen.
I do not ship to PO Boxes, APO addresses. Shipping delay exceptions may include weather delays, holiday exceptions, carrier delays, weekends, etc.
Please make sure your Credit Card and PayPal address is current. If product is returned due to incorrect address, client pays to reship.
Too many times I have shipped to the address provided and the items were lost. If you do not have a current address listed with and the item is lost I am not responsible to replace it without the original cost and including shipping and all other charges if any.
International shipping rates may vary according to location. If by chance there is an additional fee you will receive a PayPal invoice for the balance. You may cancel the order at that time if need be.
When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. The buyer is responsible for International Customs charges.
Once your item is shipped you will be notified of the tracking info and expected delivery date unless you have requested no signature confirmation.

Do you ship Internationally
Yes, I ship all over the world and happy to say have never had a loss. Please contact me my International Shipping Policies and Rates
International Shipping Rates
International Shipping costs vary. I do have them listed on each item, however, if it is a custom order for a larger item or more than two items in a package which exceeds the shipping costs listed I will contact you with the additional costs so you may decide. In most cases the cost listed will apply.
Do you ship more than one item in a package?
Yes, you may have as many items as you would like shipped to you in one package USA and Internationally
Do you paint commissions from your prints?
Yes, I do paint commission projects from my prints in any size you wish. You may also add or subtract elements and / or change colors, add a pet or what ever you wish to make each one an original / one of a kind piece or I can design one especially for you.
